EXHALE

Returning Home to the Body

Sunlit bedroom with sheer white curtains, dark drapes, dried flowers, and two glass dessert jars on a white bed.

The simplest doorway home is the breath—
an inhale, an exhale, and the body beneath it.

Years ago, after reaching many of the goals I had worked toward, I realized I had become disconnected from my own body. I had learned how to achieve, but not always how to feel.

What followed was a journey of returning—learning to listen to the body, allowing emotion to move through, and rediscovering the freedom of movement. Through five years of S Factor practice, I eventually became an advanced teacher.

Today, I share this practice as an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the fluid intelligence of the body.

To breathe.
To feel.
To move.
To come home.
